Vita Caps llc is the only company in this industry that offers a 110% no questions asked money back guarantee. Please be advised that this Guarantee only applies to regular purchased packages at the standard retail price. All free trial offers are subject to different terms which are stated within.


Customer Contact Policy
You are required to provide an accurate phone number, e-mail address, and shipping address when placing your order.

You must contact us before the 14-day of your trial period if you have not received your trial product. If you fail to contact us within 14 days of ordering and we have delivery confirmation at your address Vita Caps LLC cannot be held liable for your shipments and we will assume that you have received the product.


Delivery Confirmation Policy
Because a variety of instances beyond our control may occur at your shipping address, customers agree that any delivery confirmation (even those that don't include a signature) provided by the selected shipping provider is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder.

You may cancel your membership or modify the frequency of your shipments at any time by calling us at 800-878-5341. Please remember, most customers see most noticeable results by using Vierect consistently for 3 months or more.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, simply contact us within 14 days of your original order date to cancel and you will only be billed for shipping and handling. Failure to use the product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges (i.e. Trial Charge). To return product purchased after your 14 day free trial period, please call us at 800-878-5341 within 30 days of the ship date of your product. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) along with the correct return address so you may return the sealed product to us. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER OR WITHOUT RETURNING THE PRODUCT. Please include your RMA number, your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address with your returned product. There is a standard 20% restocking fee for every returned package.

Refunds will be given on unopened products only. Returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider.

Refunds will not be given on packages marked "Return To Sender".


Trial Offer Terms
The Free Trial Offer is designed to introduce our Vierect product to consumers. The trial terms are as follows:

That way you insure you will conveniently have it shipped directly to your front door every month and never run out.

NOTE: You are not obligated to purchase after you receive your free trial and you can cancel anytime within the 14 day trial period... No Questions Asked! You can do this easily within the 14 day period, by calling us at 800-878-5341 and requesting a return/trial cancellation. Requests for trial cancellations must be received by the 14th day. If you wish to cancel future shipments, please call us and request your cancellation.


Shipping Terms
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt (MON-FRI) using the shipping method selected. Please be advised that shipments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee specific arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit delivery or processing charges for any shipments.


Option Clause
I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION, AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR $74.95 A MONTH PLUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING .IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.

I understand that if I am not fully satisfied with Vierect, that I may return the most recently shipped unopened unit of Vierect for a full refund less shipping and handling costs ,within 30 days of shipment.
